French giants Lyon are keeping tabs on Bordeaux lef-back Benoit Tremoulinas, Le Parisien reports.
Les Gones are bracing themselves for the possible departure of Aly Cissokho and they are already in the market for a new left-back.
Cissokho is reportedly on the verge of joining Liverpool, and Lyon have now lined up Bordeaux defender Benoit Tremoulinas to replace him.
The France international has become disillusioned with life at Stade Chaban-Delmas following the departure of coach Laurent Blanc and several key players, and he is looking to leave the club this summer.
Bordeaux are eager to hold on to their star player whose contract expires in June 2013, but they could change their minds if the right offer comes along.
Tremoulinas is widely considered the best left-back in Ligue 1 and may have to leave Bordeaux in order to realize his full potential.
