Lyon have admitted that Bafetimbi Gomis could be heading to West Ham United when the transfer window reopens next month, the Metro understands.

Their current selection of strikers include record signing Andy Carroll, who is yet to appear this season as he struggles to recover from a long-term foot problem while fellow forwards Ricardo Vaz Te, Modibo Maiga, Mladen Petric and the recently re-signed Carlton Cole have mustered just three goals between them.
They make the short trip to fellow strugglers Crystal Palace this evening, and can be backed at 7/5 to get the three points that could lift them as high as eleventh place with the eighteen other sides in the division not playing until tomorrow.
