According to a recent report from L’Equipe, Ligue 1 side Lyon are interested in signing two Manchester United defenders during the summer transfer window. United’s squad is full of players that a lot of fans want to see leave in the coming months, and it seems as if Lyon are more than willing to help out with this process.
The first of the two defenders in question is Eric Bailly, who was once considered to be one of the most exciting Red Devils signings in years. They are willing to offer him a route out of Old Trafford just three years after he first joined, with the fee reported to be £30 million. In addition to that they’re also interested in signing Victor Lindelof, who is not quite as likely to depart the club after the improvements he has shown since the season began.
When it comes to Bailly, too, they aren’t going to be the only club interested with Unai Emery looking into the possibility of bringing him over to Arsenal.
