French daily newspaper Le Parisien has suggested that Lyon are eyeing a swoop for Juventus forward Sebastian Giovinco.
Les Gones have enjoyed a brilliant first part of the season, finishing in second place, above reigning champions PSG and they are determined to continue the uptrend in fortunes.
But, with several star players set to take part at the 2015 Africa Cup of Nations, Lyon are in the market for winter reinforcements.
According to Le Parisien, les Gones are considering a loan move for Juventus forward Sebastian Giovinco, who is desperate to leave Turin in search of first team football.
And with the striker’s current deal due to expire at the end of the season, Lyon would also have a chance to sign him on a free transfer in the summer.
Giovinco, who also has a number of suitors in Italian Serie A, started mere two Serie A fixtures this season, while making another four substitute appearances.
