Lyon set Ndombele price?

According to reports in Italy, Manchester City will need to bid more than £70 million in order to land Lyon midfielder Tanguy Ndombele. City appear to be interested in making the move a reality in the January transfer window as opposed to waiting it out until the summer, as they attempt to claw their way back into the Premier League title race.

Lyon are only interested in accepting an offer of around £72 million for the Frenchman, and they don’t appear to be interested in budging on that matter. Ndombele popped up on City’s radar in a big way during their two Champions League games against Lyon earlier this year, where Ndombele was able to shine on the big stage.

The 22 year old make the move to Lyon from Amiens earlier this year, and he’s certainly wasted no time in proving to the world that he belongs at the top of world football.
