Coming from behind away at Koln and eventually snatching a 3-2 win in what was an action-packed meeting over the weekend, Head Coach Christian Heidel has seen his side really impress on either side of the international break. Along with enjoying a five-match Bundesliga run, Mainz have remarkably lost just one of their previous nine top-flight matchups, a run that stems all the way back to the end of January. Smelling a real chance in midweek, Wednesday’s guests should be confident of laying down another marker.
