La Liga returns this weekend for yet another enthralling round of games. Barcelona remain at the top of the league, but almost every other team in the competition have been moving up and down the table as things remain incredibly tight. However, the three teams in the relegation zone are losing ground on 17th place and safety, with Malaga, who host Levante on Friday, in real trouble.

Malaga have been struggling massively this season and they are in real danger of going down this campaign. After 13 games they have won twice, drawn once and lost 10 games. Along with this, they have only scored 11 goals, conceding 28 along the way, which has seen them accumulate just seven points this season. They are currently five points behind Deportivo La Coruna in 17th and safety. Of course, they should be commended for picking up six points in their last four games, but they must become more consistent if they are to climb the table and achieve the safety they so covet.

For Levante, this season has been a fairly underwhelming one thus far. Three wins, six draws and four defeats have seen the visitors to 14th place with 15 points. Their next opponents in Malaga are eight points behind as they currently sit in 18th, meaning they will fancy themselves to beat the home side. However, Levante have been struggling in their last five games, and with home advantage, we are backing Malaga with odds of 4/5 from Bet365.
