Spanish Primera Division side Real Mallorca have signed Guinean striker Alhassane Keita. The forward will replace Daniel Güiza.
Keita spent the last two seasons at Al-Ittihad in Saudi Arabia, but is familiar with Europe after a six-year spell with FC Zürich in Switzerland.
Mallorca signed the player to replace last year’s Liga top scorer Daniel Güiza – who moved to Fenerbahçe, and the also departed Ariel Ibagaza.
Keita himself is positive about his chances in Spain and does not worry about succeeding Güiza: “He is a great player, but I will work hard to be even greater.”
