Malouda, Arshavin and Gallas head Premier League released list

The Premier League has made available the 2013 Premier League Free Transfer List, with a number of high profile players not offered new contracts with their clubs.

Last season’s runners up Manchester City have released Wayne Bridge, Roque Santa Cruz and Kolo Toure amongst others, with the latter set to join Liverpool next month.

Arsenal have let the most players go, with Andrey Arshavin, Denilson and Sebastien Squillaci the biggest names to have left the club.

Yossi Benayoun, Florent Malouda and Paolo Ferreira head the list of Chelsea casualties, while goalkeepers Hilario and Ross Turnbull have also been told to find new clubs.

Two time Premier League winner William Gallas has been released by Tottenham Hotspur, along with David Bentley, who has fallen way down the pecking order at White Hart lane in recent seasons.

Fulham goalkeeper Mark Schwarzer, Matthew Upson of Stoke City and Sunderland’s Titus Bramble are some of the other notable names on the list.
