Premier League leaders Manchester City are reportedly readying a big money offer for PSV Eindhoven forward Hirving Lozano.
The highly rated winger only joined the Dutch giants last summer, but he enjoyed a tremendous start to his career in the Netherlands.
Lozano went on to score 9 goals in his first 9 Eredivisie appearances for the new club, catching the eye of Manchester City in the process.
Algemeen Dagblad has suggested the Citizens could offer as much as €70 million for the 22-year-old footballer.
If the transfer goes ahead, Lozano’s former club Pachuca will be in for a nice windfall on account of training compensation costs.
