Manchester City are reportedly looking for first refusal on Santos starlets Paulo Henrique and Neymar as part of a deal that could see Robinho return to the Brazilian side.
Robinho is close to agreeing on a deal with Santos and is expected to re-join the club in the coming days after struggling at City this season.
“They want the first choice to buy the two boys,” explained Santos president Luis Alvaro Ribeiro.
“That does not bother us because we will sell the players for the best offer.
“If City have the conditions to match the offer, they can have the players.”
