According to a recent report from Sport, Manchester City are considered to be the frontrunners in the race to sign Joao Felix from Benfica during the summer transfer window. Felix has been able to establish himself as one of the most exciting young talents in world football in the last few years, following a breakout season with Benfica. He is expected to cost £105 million after playing a leading role in them winning back the league title, and at the age of just 19, it really does feel like he’s got a long time left to go at the top of the game. City aren’t the only club that are said to be interested in Felix, though, with a series of other top European sides making it known that they want to make a move. This includes Manchester United, Borussia Dortmund and Atletico Madrid, with Barcelona being ‘next in line’ behind City in the pecking order.
