Premier League giants Manchester City missed out on French youngster Mickael Cuisance last summer, according to SportBild.
The Citizens attempted to bring the 18-year-old to Etihad Stadium in the summer transfer window, but the talented midfielder eventually opted to join Borussia M’gladbach in a €250,000 deal.
Cuisance has already managed to show some promise in German Bundesliga, having impressed in his first three league outings for the club.
It is now clear that Borussia M’gladbach got a real gem of a player for a bargain price, and chances are they will make a hefty profit when they decide to cash in on him.
Cuisance has over 30 appearances for France youth teams and he is currently a member of the Under-19 side.
