Manchester United and Arsenal are among clubs considering a summer bid for Barcelona star Pedro Rodriguez, El Mundo Deportivo has learned.
The Spain international is reportedly nearing the Camp Nou exit, with the Catalans likely to cash in on his services this summer.
And it appears that English Premier League will be his next destination considering that Manchester United and Arsenal are keen.
Louis van Gaal and Arsene Wenger are both big fans of the 26-year-old footballer and they could be involved in a genuine bidding war in the summer.
Having come through club’s famous La Masia youth academy, Pedro went on to make 169 La Liga appearances, scoring no less than 52 goals in the process.
He was in fine form last term as well, scoring 15 goals and producing another 8 assists. The highly rated forward was in Spain’s World Cup squad but could not prevent La Furia Roja from crashing out in the group stage.
