According to recent reports over in Italy, two Premier League clubs are interested in making a move for Alessio Romagnoli. The AC Milan defender, who has been with the club since 2015, has been linked with a move away from the San Siro for quite some time now. He has remained loyal in the last few transfer windows, but it certainly seems like the time has come for the 24 year old to seriously consider his options. The two clubs involved when it comes to English football are Manchester United and Chelsea, however, they aren’t going to be alone in the race for his signature.
Juventus, who are the reigning Italian champions, are currently the leading contenders to keep him in Serie A.
Romagnoli joined Milan from Roma and has been a regular fixture in the first team ever since, and even managed to make his debut for the Italian national team back in 2016.
