According to a recent report from Daily Mirror, Manchester United have reached a mutual transfer agreement to sign Erling Haaland.
The news would definitely come as something of a surprise to the many elite level clubs who are in the running to sign the Norwegian with many believing we’re still a few months away from any kind of deal being agreed.
It’s been well documented that Ole Gunnar Solskjaer is interested in bringing his fellow Norwegian to Old Trafford but, given how well he’s been doing for Borussia Dortmund, it won’t be shocking to hear that United aren’t the only ones in the running.
Manchester City and Chelsea are in the hunt from the Premier League and we can only imagine how many other clubs that’ll extend to by the time we get to the January transfer window and potentially even beyond.
The race is well and truly on, and we think it’s only going to heat up from here.
