According to a recent report from Manchester Evening News, Manchester United are looking into the possibility of bringing in four new signings during the next two transfer windows. The club have had a mixed start to the new domestic and European campaign to say the least, with many fans questioning what the next step is going to be for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Their squad rebuild has certainly been gradual, to the point where many fans are wondering whether or not Solskjaer is going to have much longer left in charge of the Red Devils.
They are looking into getting a full-back, midfielder and two forwards on board, with their attacking frailties being a particular worry right now.
Either way they’ll have to wait until January before they can make any kind of recognisable changes, but one thing is for sure: throwing money at the situation isn’t going to make things better overnight.
