Man United ready for van de Beek exit?

According to a recent report from Calciomercato, Manchester United are ready to allow Donny van de Beek to leave the club.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has reportedly been forced to accept the fact that van de Beek will depart during the January transfer window with the player wanting to maximise his chances of featuring for the Netherlands at UEFA Euro 2021 this summer. The belief is that there is a specific deal in mind for United that includes Inter Milan and Christian Eriksen.

The proposal put forward would see Eriksen make his way over to Old Trafford and van de Beek join the Italian giants, with both hoping to reignite the flame that made them household names in the first place.

Whether or not either can achieve that goal remains to be seen but all signs have pointed towards van de Beek being unhappy in Manchester for a while now, and Ole shouldn’t stand in the way if he wants to leave.
