Manchester United are preparing for a busy summer. The Red Devils might not know just yet where are they going to finish in the Premier League this season and whether they will qualify for the next season’s Champions League campaign. Whatever the case might be, Man United will be ready to do a lot of business this year, as they want to continue rebuilding their squad.
The players linked with them in the past six months have been Aston Villa’s Jack Grealish and Leicester City’s James Maddison, which are both attacking midfielders. If one of them truly arrives, some space will have to be made and that is what might happen indeed.
According to the Daily Express, Man United are likely to let Jesse Lingard leave the club this summer, but whilst the England international is going to be sacrificed almost certainly, it remains to be seen if Andreas Pereira will have to go as well.
