(GSM) – Wesley Sneijder is aware of Manchester United’s interest but wants to stay at Internazionale.

The Dutch World Cup star has been linked with a move to United but doesn’t want to leave Inter after just one season.

Yesterday, club president Massimo Moratti confirmed United made an offer for Sneijder. He added that he didn’t inquire as to how much the bid was worth so as not to fall into temptation.

Speaking to Dutch TV station NOS, Sneijder said: “I am staying at Inter and I will play all next season with the blue and black shirt.

“My heart is in Milan. I won everything last season with Inter and there is still a lot more to win like the European Super Cup, the Italian Super Cup and the Club World Cup, which are beautiful trophies.”
