The Ivory Coast international defender Eric Bailly and his Manchester United future have been thrown in doubt with various reports linking the 24-year-old with Arsenal and Tottenham.
Bailly has been going in and out of the Manchester United first-team under Jose Mourinho for quite some time as the Portuguese tactician tries to find the perfect combination at the back.
Jose Mourinho took Bailly off after only 19 minutes against Newcastle last Saturday with Red Devils 2-0 down at Old Trafford and it is believed that United will be looking to get rid of his services during the January transfer window.
Bailly himself is said to be open to a move during winter with both clubs from north London believed to be eyeing him.
Manchester United would look to recoup the bulk of the £30 million they paid Valencia to get him two years ago and it is even being reported that Mourinho would be keen to involve Bailly in a player exchange deal with Tottenham.
Jose Mourinho has long been linked with Spurs defender Toby Alderweireld and would sanction a deal for Bailly if the Belgian defender moved to Old Trafford.
