Manchester United defender Wes Brown is likely to be ruled out of Wednesday's all-British Champions League clash away to Scottish giants Celtic after missing training here Monday.
Brown has been sidelined from the reigning European and English champions' last two games because of an ankle injury and his failure to train on Monday suggests he has yet to regain full fitness.
In his absence, the experienced Gary Neville and Rafael de Silva are set to compete for the right-back position in a squad also lacking the injured midfield duo of Paul Scholes and Owen Hargreaves.
