The Independent has suggested that Manchester United are weighing up summer bid for Tottenham Hotspur full-back Danny Rose.
Jose Mourinho was looking to add a new left-back to his ranks this summer, but having failed to do so, he will be forced to use Matteo Darmian on the left hand side in tonight’s UEFA Super Cup clash against Real Madrid, where Red Devils are 6/4 underdogs to lift the trophy.
But, latest reports suggest that the Portuguese manager could try to make things right by bringing in Danny Rose from Tottenham.
Spurs are unlikely to be too keen on selling their prized asset having already seen Kyle Walker move to Manchester City, although they would probably consider any serious offer for his services.
Danny Rose has been a loyal servant to the club over the last 11 years, making a total of 108 Premier League appearances for Tottenham.
