French media outlet Le 10 Sport claims that Manchester United have secured the first option on Monaco winger Bernardo Silva.
The 22-year-old could easily become one of the hottest commodities in the summer transfer window, with quite a few top sides casting admiring glances his way.
And it appears that Manchester United have moved to pole position as they are determined to win the chase at the end of the season.
The Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho is well aware of the quality of his compatriot and he has instructed the club chiefs to open talks with Monaco over a summer move to Old Trafford.
Even though an agreement has not yet been reached, Le 10 Sport claims that Manchester United have negotiated the right of first refusal, which definitely gives them the upper hand in the race to sign the player who bagged 22 goals in 89 Ligue 1 outings.
