La Gazzetta dello Sport has suggested that Premier League high-flyers Manchester United are keeping close tabs on Genoa striker Pietro Pellegri.
The talented youngster first caught the eye of top clubs playing for the Rossoblu youth sides, before scoring his first Serie A goal on the final day of last season.
Inter Milan, AC Milan and Juventus have already attempted to recruit the 16-year-old and they remain hot on his trial.
But, after the youngster bagged a brace in the 3-2 loss to Lazio, Manchester United also joined the chase for his services.
This means the forward could be the subject of a real bidding war in January, with Genoa obviously hoping to sell to the highest bidder.
