Man Utd, Juventus keen on Sokratis Papastathopoulos

German newspaper Reviersport is reporting that top European clubs are showing interest in Borussia Dortmund defender Sokratis Papastathopoulos.

The Greek centre-back proved a very good signing for the Millionaires having fared really well since joining from Werder Bremen five years ago.

With Sokratis having just one year left on his current contract, Borussia Dortmund are eager to tie the player down to a new deal, but that will be no easy task.

Namely, with clubs like Manchester United and Juventus interested in his services, the 29-year-old is reportedly considering his options.

If he decides to leave Signal-Iduna Park for greener pastures, the Millionaires are expected to earn around €20 million from the sale.
