Manchester United on Friday reported huge losses despite an operating profit, due to the hefty interest payments on their loans.
The English Premier League giants reported an overall loss of 83.64 million pounds for the financial year to June 2010.
The Red Devils also became the first English club to break the 100-million-pound operating profit barrier.
They posted figures up 9.4 percent to 100.8 million pounds, largely due to increased commercial and broadcasting income.
