Man Utd ready to meet Griezmann’s release clause

Manchester Evening News reports that Manchester United are determined to sign Atletico Madrid star Antoine Griezmann next summer.

The Red Devils recently splashed out on Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku, but with their revenues constantly growing, the club are already preparing two big name signings for next summer.

According to Manchester Evening News, Man Utd plan to match a £91 million release clause in Antoine Griezmann’s contract and they have reserved their famous number 7 shirt for the Frenchman

The Red Devils will also attempt to bring Gareth Bale back to England as he has struggled for form at Real Madrid.

Antoine Griezmann only signed a new Atletico Madrid deal in June, but he would have probably left the club if it weren’t for the FIFA transfer ban that prevented los Colchoneros from signing a replacement.
