Carlos Tevez joined Manchester United on a two year loan last summer, but now the English and European champions are looking to tie up the Argentine striker on a long-term contract.
According to various reports in the English media, Manchester United have agreed a British transfer record fee with the players’ current owners – MSI – to make the move permanent. The value of the transfer fee is believed to be around £32 million.
The move, according to The Daily Mail, will be finalized sometime before the New Year. The same report goes on to mention that £15 million will be paid up front with the remaining £17 million based on appearances and achievements.
