Manchester City continue Koulibaly push

According to a recent report from Corriere dello Sport, Manchester City have put forward a new bid in an attempt to finally complete the signing of Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly.

There has been an awful lot of speculation back and forth regarding the nature of this deal and whether or not it would become a reality, but as time goes on, it definitely feels like City are going to be relentless in this pursuit until they finally get their man.

Napoli aren’t the kind of club that are simply going to roll over and allow City to get a bargain, and as such, this could wind up being one of the biggest transfer fees we’ve ever seen for a defender.

Manchester City would hardly be shy about putting in such a high offer, and Napoli would only be too happy to accept – but there are still some who wonder how Koulibaly would fare in the Premier League.
