Manchester City could bid for Declan Rice

Manchester City could make a bid for West Ham United midfielder Declan Rice in the summer of 2023, according to 90min. The report has claimed that last season’s Premier League champions City have previously spoken with the Hammers about Rice and could try to sign him next summer.
