Manchester City are the latest side to have joined the chase for San Lorenzo hotshot Angel Correa, reports the Daily Mirror.
The 18-year-old has already nailed down a regular starting berth at Estadio Pedro Bidegain, and his impressive showings did not go unnoticed.
It is believed Barcelona, Napoli and Arsenal are keeping close tabs on the youngster, with Manchester City also joining the race.
Angel Correa is widely regarded as one of South America’s most talented players and he has earned comparisons with Argentina star Sergio Aguero.
San Lorenzo are desperate to keep hold of their prized asset, but it is thought they would consider offers in the region of £10 million.
Angel Correa has come through the youth ranks at San Lorenzo and went on to score 8 goals in 35 league matches for the club. Oddly enough, the forward has yet to represent Argentina at any youth level.
