Manchester City favourites to sign Florian Wirtz

Manchester City are the favourites to sign Florian Wirtz from Bayer Leverkusen, according to CaughtOffSide. Liverpool, Manchester United and Arsenal are keen on a deal for Wirtz, but the 21-year-old attacking midfielder’s preference is to move to the Citizens.

Wirtz has been on the books of Bayer since 2020 and has established himself as one of the best attacking midfielders in Europe. He is 21 now and has a lot of potential. There is every chance that Wirtz could develop into a world-class attacking player in the coming years.
