The Brazilian international left-back Alex Sandro has emerged as a target for Premier league heavyweights Manchester City who are planning to revamp their defensive lines in the summer.
Juventus defender only signed for Bianconeri in 2015 with Serie A champions forking out €26 million for his services, but Juventus are believed to be open to a potential sale given the fact Citizens are reportedly prepared to offer as much as €70 million for the Brazilian according to Tuttosport.
The Turin-based paper claims that Pep Guardiola is a big admirer of Alex Sandro and that the Spaniard is prepared to dig deep into his war chest to purchase the Juventus man.
Alex Sandro has made 26 Serie A appearances this season, whereas he also appeared nine times in the Champions League and once in Coppa Italia.
Should Juventus decide to let their defender leave in the summer, they are reportedly prepared to go for Roma’s Emerson Palmieri or Atletico Madrid’s veteran Filipe Luis.
