Manchester City are in talks with Leroy Sane over a new deal, according to the Telegraph.
The Germany international still has two-and-a-half years to run on his current deal with the Champions, though the Citizens are keen to secure the future of several of their big hitters.
Sane signed from Schalke in the summer of 2016 and is closing in on his one hundredth appearance for the club in all competitions.
He has scored twenty-four goals in the time and was part of the squad that won both the EFL Cup and the Premier League last season.
Internationally he has been capped fifteen times for his country but was omitted from their squad for this summer’s World Cup finals.
Pep Guardiola’s side, who are currently top of the Premier League on goal difference host Burnley on Saturday afternoon and Sane can be backed at a price of 5/1 to open the scoring.
