Manchester City are tracking Cagliari midfielder Radja Nainggolan, according to Daily Mail.
The Belgian midfielder has been in impressive form since arriving to Cagliari in 2010 and is widely linked to leave for a bigger club in the near future.
A number of Italian giants have already shown interest in the 23-year-old, but Cagliari managed to keep hold of their prized asset.
According to Daily Mail, Manchester City are scouting Nainggolan with a view to making a bid at the end of the season.
AC Milan, Inter and Napoli are also showing interest in the Belgian midfielder, although there have been no official bids so far.
