Manchester City lead Haaland race

According to a recent report from Fichajes, Manchester City are now viewed as the favourites to sign Borussia Dortmund’s Erling Haaland.

The Norwegian forward is one of the most exciting players in world football and that isn’t exactly a controversial statement to make. The youngster continues to find the back of the net on a regular basis for the club and while he may be missing in action right now, he’s bound to pick up right where he left off when he’s fully fit.

Manchester City now consider him to be a “big priority” and it’s not hard to see why. City are in need of a natural goalscorer up top to add to their ranks and while they could always go back in for Harry Kane, the presence of Antonio Conte at Tottenham could sway him to remain in North London beyond next summer.

Either way, this story is far from done as January approaches.
