Manchester City secured their league titles three weeks ago but they were forced to wait to get their hands on the coveted trophy.
The newly-crowned Premier League champions were given their reward after their penultimate home game of the season – a goalless draw with Huddersfield.
Led by the captain Vincent Kompany and Yaya Toure, the players lifted the trophy to a lod reception from the home fans in a video that’s bound to do plenty of rounds.
