Manchester City are interested in signing Georgiy Sudakov from Shakhtar Donetsk, according to GiveMeSport. City, who won the Premier League title last season, have admired Sudakov, who remains a player of interest to Pep Guardiola’s side.
GiveMeSport has claimed that Sudakov could leave Shakhtar in 2025. City’s Premier League rivals, Arsenal, are keen on the 22-year-old midfielder and have watched the youngster closely. He has scored seven goals in 12 Ukrainian Premier League matches so far this season.
City are second in the Premier League table at the moment with 23 points from 10 matches, two points behind leaders Liverpool. The Citizens will take on Brighton and Hove Albion away from home in the league on Saturday evening. City lost 4-1 to Sporting Lisbon away from home in the UEFA Champions League League Stage in midweek which came after a 2-1 loss at the hands of Bournemouth on the road in the Premier League.
