Manchester City are interested in signing Juma Bah from AIK Freetong in the January transfer window, according to GiveMeSport. Bah is on loan at Real Valladolid, and City, who won the Premier League title last season, could make a move to cut his spell short and bring him to the Etihad Stadium.
GiveMeSport has claimed that City, linked with Newcastle United midfielder Bruno Guimaraes, have been monitoring Bah throughout the season and have been impressed with the progress and performances of the 18-year-old central defender. The Sierra Leonean defender has made six starts and one substitute appearance in La Liga so far this season.
City are fourth in the Premier League table at the moment with 26 points from 14 matches, nine points behind leaders Liverpool. Meanwhile, Valladolid currently find themselves at the foot of the La Liga table with nine points from 15 games, four points behind 17th-placed Getafe.
