According to a recent report from Sky Sports, Manchester City have made a £100 million bid for Tottenham Hotspur forward Harry Kane.
City are also believed to be open to the prospect of including players in the deal, but as of this writing, Spurs are planning on rejecting the offer. Kane had previously informed Spurs that his intention was to leave during the summer transfer window with Manchester United and Chelsea both being interested right alongside City.
Kane would reportedly prefer to remain in the Premier League as opposed to going abroad but before he makes an official decision, he will first try and focus on getting England as far as he possibly can at Euro 2020.
Whether or not that’s an achievable goal remains to be seen but for the time being, City are the frontrunners and they aren’t going to give up on this push to sign the Englishman without a real fight.
