In light of the increasing number of VAR-related controversies in the Premier League, PGMOL chief Howard Webb has appeared on Sky Sports to discuss some of the most debatable calls made in recent weeks.
One of those was the case of Mateo Kovacic, the Manchester City midfielder who committed a serious foul on Arsenal captain Martin Odegaard while already on a yellow card, and the explanation for the decision of referee Michael Oliver not to send the Croatia international off that Webb gave was a bit peculiar.
