Manchester City ready to bid for Josko Gvardiol?

Manchester City are ready to make a move for RB Leipzig defender Josko Gvardiol, according to 90min. The report has claimed that Premier League champions City are keen on Gvardiol and are now ready to make a bid for the Croatia international centre-back.

City, though, are not the only club who are interested in signing Gvardiol from RB Leipzig in the summer transfer window. 90min have claimed that Spanish and European giants Real Madrid are also looking into the possibility of securing the services of the 21-year-old defender.

Gvardiol is one of the best young defenders in Europe and has been playing well for RB Leipzig for a while. The Croatia international centre-back made 24 starts and six substitute appearances in the Bundesliga this season, scoring one goal in the process.
