Serie A champions Juventus are reportedly prepared to part ways with Miralem Pjanic this summer which has already alarmed the likes of Paris Saint-Germain but also Manchester City.
The Citizens have been relatively quiet in the transfer market thus far with Pep Guardiola only bringing long-term target Riyad Mahrez this summer.
However, the Catalan tactician is said to be exploring a possibility of making a move for Miralem Pjanic as well with the Bosnian midfield maestro being seen as an alternative to Jorginho who followed his Napoli boss Maurizio Sarri to Chelsea even though he’d been linked with City for quite some time.
Gazetta dello Sport reports that City have joined the chase for the highly-rated 28-year-old whose transfer would command a €100 fee.
PSG are prepared to offer €30 million plus Adrien Rabiot but it is believed that Juventus would rather accept a full money offer City could provide in case they decide to step up their interest in the Bosnian.
