Mikel Arteta’s Arsenal currently top the Premier League table ahead of title defenders Manchester City, and City’s playmaker-in-chief Kevin De Bruyne isn’t surprised.
Arteta worked as Pep Guardiola’s assistant at City for three years before taking over at Arsenal in 2019.
