If this is a bidding war on the horizon, Benfica could be in for a treat! Joao Felix is reportedly on the radar of two Manchester clubs and both City and United could be ready to go far in order to sign the Portuguese. Benfica wonderkid could cost up to £100m, according to The Sun.
Manchester United and Manchester City are both attracted to the 19-year-old striker, who has attracted a lot of attention from some of the biggest European clubs. Felix already racked up 10 Liga NOS goals this season in 18 appearances and the teenager’s price is set to go up.
It is reported that Manchester clubs will have Real Madrid and Juventus to fight against in order to get his signature and €118m of a transfer fee is being mentioned already. If all of these teams are truly interested in getting the teenage star, a price could exponentially rise and reach the mentioned sums.
