According to Tuttosport, Manchester United have joined bitter rivals Manchester City in the race to sign Juventus star Paulo Dybala. Both sides are willing to break their transfer records in order to sign him which is saying something, and it’s also a good thing given that Juve are only willing to listen to deals believed to be worth around £90 million.
City were already known to be in the running to sign the Argentine alongside Bayern Munich and Paris Saint-Germain, but the introduction of United into the race certainly spices things up a little bit.
Given the magnitude of this decision it certainly feels like it could be dragged out all the way through until the summer transfer window, as none of the sides involved would likely want to have to deal with the war for his signature that’d likely ensue.
With that being said, it certainly feels like we won’t hear the end of this any time soon.
