Competition: Premier League
Market: Man Utd to win against Arsenal
Odds: 11/4 @ William Hill

Ahead of this afternoon’s meeting against Manchester United, Arsenal are enduring a torrid time of late with the Londoners having lost three of their last five games in all competitions. They’re coming off the back of a Champions League defeat on home soil, and such failure at the Emirates Stadium has been a common occurrence this campaign. Arsene Wenger’s men lost to Chelsea, Dinamo Zagreb and Olympiacos in September, so they’re not in the best shape to end a winless run against Manchester United in the Premier League.

Arsenal have gone eight meetings without a win over United, and such a run could continue given recent form. Manchester United are top of the Premier League ahead of Sunday’s fixture, boasting three consecutive wins in the division. Five wins from seven games in the top flight sees Louis van Gaal’s side as the best in the league early on, and six points from a possible nine on the road sees United enjoying consistent away form at a perfect time.

Arsenal’s form at the Emirates this season could well see them coming unstuck to their modern-day bogey team, with Wenger’s men having failed to win in three of their four home games in all competitions. In the Premier League, the Londoners have scored just twice at home, so United will be full of confidence of earning a big win in the title race.
