Crystal Palace and Manchester United meet at Wembley tonight for the FA Cup final. United are favourites given they’ve picked up four points in their two league meetings with Palace, as well as how well they ended the season compared to their opponents.

Underdogs Palace bested a tough run of Premier League opposition to make it to the FA Cup final this season, beating Southampton, Stoke City, Tottenham Hotspur, Championship side Reading, and Watford. They are no slouches, but have such a poor record against Manchester United over the years that a win seems unlikely today.

United are enjoyed much better form in 2016, boasting three wins from their last five league games, while having beaten West Ham United and Everton to make it this far. Louis van Gaal’s men have a dominant head-to-head record over Crystal Palace too, and are desperate to end their 12-year wait for an FA Cup trophy.
