Competition: Champions League
Market: Man Utd to win against CSKA Moscow
Odds: 4/7 @ Coral

Manchester United host Russian Premier League giants CSKA Moscow in the Champions League on Tuesday night, and are hoping they can finally find their form to turn in a good performance to earn all three points. The Red Devils have been short of goals of late and face CSKA at a bad time given the visitors are good form in recent weeks.

Manchester United’s Premier League title hopes have taken a hit in their last few games, with Louis van Gaal’s side having dropped points in three of their previous four matches in the division. The hosts have played out goalless draws in their last two league outings, and drew in Europe to the Russians last month. The Premier League giants are struggling for goals and struggling for form, and their opponents aren’t going to make life easy for them this week.

CSKA Moscow are currently level on points with Tuesday’s opposition, and know a win at Old Trafford could see them top Group B should leaders Wolfsburg lose their game against PSV Eindhoven. With the visitors coming off the back of four wins and two draws in their last six league games, while having been unbeaten in their domestic division all season, they are sure to put up some resistance against Manchester United this week. There’s a lot to play for in Group B, and a draw is no good for the duo chasing top spot.

With United having been below par in recent weeks, while CSKA Moscow are enjoying the best run of form of their campaign so far, Tuesday’s meeting at Old Trafford will be a tough on to call, but United should edge it at home if they’re on their game.
